ToCfE (Theory of Constraints for Education) is a non-profit organization responsible for bringing the benefits of ToC to the worldwide Education community.  To date, educators in over 20 countries have been trained in the human behavior applications of ToC who have in turn, educated over 5 million children.

Results have been amazing in that children from age 4 to young adults in higher education have used the tools to address and resolve bullying, truancy, over-aggression, sibling rivalry and lack of parenting skills.  In many cases, school administrators, after observing the conflict resolution in action with kids, have applied the same tools to resolve internal conflict with their staff.  In extreme cases and by far the most rewarding, the ToC behavior tools have also prevented children from running away from home, committing crimes and suicide.

ToCfE believes there are many untold success stories due to the tools effectiveness in preventing “negatives” from occurring in the first place.
